TenBu Productions and Scion presents the Akiba Fest J-Pop Summer Concert Bash!

The J-Pop Summer Concert Bash will feature the Queen of J-Pop, Geneon Recording Artist, Yoko Ishida for a night of Japanese Pop concerts gaming and other J-Pop related activities to celebrate Scion’s First National Anime T-Shirt Contest!!!

And introducing, for the first time in America, straight from the depths of Akihabara, Tokyo: FICE! The Anime Visual Performance Duo! Female androids sent to protect all Otaku!!

The J-Pop Summer Concert bash will also be where the winners of the Scion Anime T-shirt Contest will be picked.

Akiba Fest is an event platform developed by TenBu Productions to promote and showcase Japanese Entertainers and Japanese Pop Culture in America. Akiba Fest presents new and original events that celebrate Japanese Pop Culture through Japanese entertainers. This includes popular Japanese cosplay Idols, artists, actors and singers, as well as new and noteworthy up-and-comers that are breaking onto the scene.

First time to Akiba Fest? Well here’s what to expect:

Akiba Fest is an interactive concert show that focuses on activities surrounding performances by our main entertainers. Though there is a merchants and activity area, most of the night’s focus is on stage where at times the audience is pulled in to experience and learn the latest trends moving through the small portion of Tokyo, Japan known as Akihabara (Akiba for short).

Akiba Fest puts on events designed to not just introduce people to Japanese Pop Culture, but to have them experience first hand new cultural phenomenons and trends moving through the J-pop and Otaku world. Our goal is to celebrate the Japanese entertainer’s presence in the Japanese Pop Cultural wave that is hitting America while also educating and exposing people to popular trends that emerge from the streets of Japan’s home base for Otaku.

So come to enjoy, not just concerts, but to be entertained by a unique stage show that you yourself may just be a part of.
