I think it probably means 6th release with the special edition. There’s the limited editions for each release and the standard DVDs. That would make six altogether.

Actually, I believe there was a typo from the source I use…animeondvd.com. Their entry for vol. 3 still shows there are 6 volumes, but vol. 4’s entry shows there are 4. I usually double check for release date accuracy, but total volume accuracy is a little trickier. Since I don’t have enough time to do a thorough check, I may just drop the total volume info from future posts.
