That is true. Still, their event schedule seems to be more game oriented as does their guest-of-honor (at least for this year)…plus, AnimeCons.com listed it as a gaming convention…which is why I listed it as “primarily a gaming convention”.

Genericon XXI also features quite a bit of anime related things and is bringing back science fiction showings this year!
