I was watching a bunch of (gasp) anime music videos (AMVs) yesterday, and had an idea for a new column: Wednesdays should become AMV Day!
Today’s theme is ‘most watched’. Now this isn’t scientific by any means, and this week was quite simple to begin. Basically I searched YouTube for AMVs and sorted it by views and came up with a video by silvermoon377 that has almost 2.5 million views! Here’s the epic video:

UPDATE: An alert reader found this site that’s already doing ‘an amv a week’ thing, but ours has a twist! And it will be in english! We’ll be featuring things like:
- Best AMV with Electro Music Featuring Cats
- Most Inappropriate Use of Song
- Sucky Song Made Better by AMV
- Sucky Anime Made Better by AMV

Wow nice find! I figured something like that had been done. That’s why I have a way out – by adding the extra twist! So from here on out, I’ll have to make them more original. I’m thinking topics like ‘best amv with electro music featuring cats’ or ‘most inappropriate use of song’ in an amv. What do you think?
