Newtype (not the cancelled USA version) Magazine is expected to have news about the continuing adventures of Haruhi Suzumiya, according to Alafista.com:
“…new season of Haruhi Suzumiya will be revealed in February (2009) issue of Newtype…”
For me, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is a wonderfully funny series. It manages to be quirky, fun, insane, infectous yet somehow mainstream. When I first heard about Haruhi, the dance and all that – I thought it was going to be just another overrated show. But I was wrong. I’ve never gotten around to writing a review, but perhaps this news will get me thinking about it again.

Yeah, that dance is difficult for me to remember too! I’d have to carry a cheat sheet with me, lol. ^_^
I never really watched comedy anime before Haruhi hit the scene, but the show was so clever and well-written that it hooked me. I can’t wait for the second season.
