It sounds like Live Action Dragonball Movie is getting some reshoots. io9 has the report:

We’ll probably hear more details within the next week about the Dragonball Live Action reshoots, which take place at the end of October. Until then, what do you think about the reshoots? Is it a good or bad sign?

Well, reshoot or not , we want the movie to be good
Lots of people r complaining about Goku’s hair and specially the way piccolo is looking.
They want it to be more and more like the way it is in Anime.
