The only worthy part of that “article” is the comments section. I mean, really ? Eureka7 ? TTGL ? And Evangelion isnt even a mecha. God…
I think fans are divided on whether or not Evangelion would be classified as ‘mecha’. Personally, I think of them more as bio-organic, which places them only halfway in the ‘mecha’ classification – but that’s an entirely different discussion. What is your definition of ‘mecha’ and what are your favorite mecha shows?
I love Robotech but only the first season… after the zentraedi attack the serie turn very crap. One of the old mecha school animes that i always recommend is Blue Gender, take a look, you will enjoy it.
