I enjoy cute! I do not however like when cute is mixed with sexuality, like mentioned above.

It is true that some cute things are used in ways that cannot be condoned in Japan. Still what is cute tends to be well accepted by broad spectrum of people. As long as it isn’t overused or used for some perverted purpose, I’m fine with it.

M’yep. Certain things that get depicted as “cute” over in Japan can be down right creepy to me -Anga. I know there’s advertising for certain things (more mature things) that creep me right the f’ out. Why is that condom packaging all sweet and cuddly? Why is there a Hello Kitty “personal massager”!? Why!!!?? So, yeah, not all things that are considered cute in Japan are palatable over here,

It depends what kind of thing it is, some “cute” things are cute and some… not. It’s not really the secret ingredient that make everything great or anything like that.
