Yet, I've never had Saba Shioyake. Perhaps I can't find it anywhere due to my locale. I can't even purchase mackerel at the local fish markets so making it might be difficult.@anungcamui , me too!@Orion, oh yeah, unagi rocks!! I could totally eat a whole fillet by myself and not feel bad for not sharing. Grilled eel is damn good!@griever, I really like curry but we don't eat it so much since I'm the only big curry fan in the house.@Emily, tempura is delish, but I'd be big as house if I ate it as much as I'd like to, i.e., every other day ^^.@Nicole, no, no, not strange at all to be luv'n the curry ramen.

@Chris, I lovvvvve saba! Although I like traditional Japanese food, I find the hybridizations more interesting. Like their version of curry or stew.

Hmm…that’s a hard one. Fortunately there's a nearby place which makes the stuff extremely well, or I'd probably have long since been confined to the loony bin.

UNAGI!!

Also, I would probably go stark raving mad if I could get some good yakisoba every once in a while.
