Laughter is the best medicine and Anime is the best content, so naturally combining both is going to make me a happy Senpai. Japanese Comedy is usually majorly slapstick, but there are times when I will get smacked right in the funny bone and I'll catch myself giggling about it later.

Top 7 Comedy Anime Shows to Make you Laugh
You don’t have to go out and spend tons of money to get that satisfaction and happiness. You can just do it at home. Try watching some comedy shows to see that you only need your mobile phone and a subscription from Netflix to be happy.
This list of anime shows will surely keep you away from pressure. Be sure to prepare yourself for the endless laughter that is 100% guaranteed to send your tummy aching.
Humans beware! A humanoid girl with hair made of blue cephalopod tentacles has come to Earth to punish us all for ravishing the oceans. Though she’s been hilariously having a try at her quest, she will succeed (according to her), although we have no way of knowing when. *wink* She will dominate as all.
Her epic fail attempts at conquering humanity will definitely send you laughing. If you haven’t seen the show yet, time to spend some time watching Ika’s unending comical efforts to penalize the entire human race.
"Even if you're the main character, you can still die... I better be careful-ttebayo." One of the most famous lines of Gintoki Sakata in Gintama.
If you’re an absolute shonen anime enthusiast, then the show will really satisfy you. The series already has 10 seasons for you to watch so if I were you, I’ll get right on watching it already.
The Devil is a Part-timer
Satan working as a part-timer in a fast food joint. Didn’t see that coming huh! Well, this series is another hilarious show filled with a bunch of stuff that doesn’t seem to make sense.
Well, just check it out and see how funny the show is.
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.
Let’s admit it, we all want to be left alone some days. But some people just don’t know how to leave you alone.
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K. is about a high school sophomore kid who hopes to have a normal life despite his psychic abilities. Although I think perhaps the best talent Saiki has is being silent most of the time.
My Ordinary Life
This is one of those slice of life anime that most viewers will enjoy. It revolves around the life of 3 childhood friends, Mio Naganohara, Yuuko Aioi and Mai Minakami.
The series doesn’t really follow a linear story so even if you miss an episode, you won’t really get lost in the series. Every episode is a series of semi-random moments which you and your friends could really get a good laugh at.
Shinnosuke "Shin-chan" Nohara never lets a day pass without causing a rumble and annoying his parents and teachers. Another slice of life anime series for you to enjoy and have a good laugh.
If you’re fond of watching slice of life animes, then this one is really meant for you.
"That Means...Today Is...Bargain Day At The Supermarket!! SATURDAY ONLY!!! GIGANTIC SALE!"
Who in their sound mind would shudder during an intense fight to shout out loud about bargain day then goes running off to the supermarket?
This is by far one of the most hilarious scenes I’ve watched yet. Not to mention that almost anyone who’s an anime addict knows about One-Punch Man.
